The project kicked off at a pivotal moment for FalconX, as they were gearing up for a significant digital overhaul. The primary goal was to bring their FalconX 360 service to the forefront, a key element in their strategic shift. However, the existing website layout was not conducive to a smooth user experience and didn’t effectively guide visitors through the customer journey. Coupled with a tight timeline to match the product launch, the challenge was formidable.

We hit the ground running by focusing on several critical areas:
